Skin will be two types Dry skin and Oily skin for the better skin exercise,sleep & nutrition is most important.Exercise does wonders for the entire body,a person will be fit & healthy when he will do 20 to 30 minutes exersise,it is good for healthy skin,weight loss & fitness. It improves the heart function and keep the venis fit,young for the good skin.Exercise also helps the body to flush away the toxins and damages.Yoga like Padmasana helps the skin to glow.Sleep will recover body from stress. The body produces harmones during sleep to facilitate the use of amini acids as they repair bone,tissues and also the skin.You should sleep for 8 hours per day for glowing skin. Foods are the building blocks for the body. Healthy and plant based food will provide more energy to the body.If we are not eating good food we are not giving them proper tools they need to function properly.
